Life can be so unexpected and can change so fast.  Over the years, my life has been overwhelmed with change.

I lost my job.  I lost friendships.  I lost relationships.  I went through grief so many times and it affected my mental health in a way I've never experienced before.  I felt trapped in my emotions and it robbed me of my happiness.

At the lowest point of my grief…
  • When I came home, all I wanted to do was sit on my couch, curl up into a ball, and cry.
  • I didn't want to see my friends because I wanted to avoid crying in public and feeling humiliated.
  • Every time someone asked me how I was doing, I'd burst into tears and I didn't want them to know why.
  • I spent most nights sitting at home, lost in a trance, thinking about how sad I was.
  • ​​When I worked out, I pushed myself until I was in physical pain so I wouldn't think about my emotional pain.
I pretended everything was okay and I looked fine on the outside, but I was hurting on the inside.  I wore a mask every time I was around friends, my family, and coworkers and it would leave me feeling completely drained at the end of the day.  I had no energy to cook or clean because I was so exhausted from crying.  

I was tired of being sad all the time, my back pain got so bad that I couldn't get out of bed some days, and I felt so overwhelmed with everything.  I spent years questioning if something was wrong with me.  Then it hit me...

I was grieving.

I tried so many things to get out of my grief...

  • I repeated positive affirmations to myself every day, like "I can get through this," "I won't be sad forever," and "everything happens for a reason."
  • ​I exercised every day.
  • ​I had a few close friends that I would rant to when I was upset and angry.
  • ​I went to a certified therapist regularly.
  • I even prayed.

But nothing worked.

Grief had a hold on me for years and I felt stuck.

Then, I discovered something that changed my life...
I was keeping myself in my grief because I was blaming others for what I was feeling and going through.  

I hadn't thought about how I could make the choice to be free from my pain and suffering.

Now...
I have the control over what affects me and what doesn't.
I have the control over what I want to spend my energy on.
I have the control to move forward in my life.
I worked through those difficult times to get to where I am today.  I've learned the importance of forgiveness and compassion.  I've learned how those experiences shaped me to be more resilient.

To receive audio coaching, click on the button "Yes, I want to be coached!"  It will bring you to the following page where payment will be taken.  After payment is complete, click on 'Return To Merchant.'  This will take you to a form where you can choose the topic and write down the question you'd like guidance on.
 Is your audio coaching for anyone?
Yes, it is!  If you have a question that relates to any of the topics listed above, send it over to me.
 How much does your audio coaching cost?
You will receive a 10-minute personalized audio file at $97 USD.
 When will I receive my personalized audio file?
I will email your personalized audio file in mp3 format within 72 hours from time of order.
 How many questions can I ask?
There is a limit of 1 question per order.
 What if I want to cancel my order? Do you offer refunds?
Cancellations and refunds are only issued if I have not sent your personalized audio file to you within 72 hours, so please be sure you want audio coaching before payment.
